I have a good sized bedroom to rent within walking distance of Harrison Square. Room has a giant closet and own private bathroom. The house is 1500 ft.² and already furnished. Rent would only be $300 but I would need you to pay half of utilities. The house has a detached garage and a washer and dryer. I am a 39-year-old male with two dogs. Smoking is OK outside but I’m in recovery so please no substances. Dogs are friendly, and will be kept most of the day in the backyard in a fenced in area.
