Hi there, my name is Austin. I'm new in town and developing a house. I will be here for 6 to 9 months. First 2 months will be online work so I'll rarely leave my room then after that I'll be busy on my site 6 days a week. My online work requires good internet and I'll happily increase my rent for everyone to enjoy faster stronger internet. I spend most of my time alone but also know the importance of being friendly and helpful. I'd like to be neighborly but also respect peoples space and time.
