46 year old female. My daughter set this up and I can't change the age. Looking for a roommate for my house. I have a large spade room with private bathroom and entrance. Separate den for privacy. Shared kitchen and laundry room. Above ground pool. No pets because I have my own dog who's very people friendly. Looking for 1 person. Rent is $600 a month with everything included: water, power, cable, internet, phone, etc. Looking to rent on a month to month basis.
