Looking for another roommate in a 3bdrm/2bath corner duplex. We’re a couple miles from downtown Rogers, I49 and NWACC. Rent is $350/mo including utilities and wifi. $100 deposit. The room is unfurnished, and you’d share a bathroom with an almost 20 year old student. She’s not home very often. We are both calm, respectful, friendly, clean people- both on the quieter side and tend to keep to ourselves in general. We’re non-smokers with no pets. Looking for another female that would be a good fit.
