I'm looking for a nice place that doesn't have to be to big or small. I would prefer someone that does not have kids and allows animals, but I can negotiate the animal thing. I would prefer a tidy roommate also, as I am very tidy myself. I am a college student with a job so i will hardly be there. but i still would like it to be nice and quiet when i come home:)
