Summary
I am moving out to Cookeville in July. I am from out of state & I am looking for a place to stay & a roommate for the year. I am looking for a roommate who is clean, respectful of people's schedules, drug/smoking/alcohol free, and responsible with bills. Hoping to find a place that is between $200-$375 (or less). I will be attending Tennessee Tech, majoring in health sciences, so I'd prefer to live with a student or someone with a regular 9-5 schedule.
