Bedroom sublease in a nice 2 bedroom/1bath apartment in Loveland. Located right on the bike trail and close to highway. Amenities include swimming pool and tennis court. Furnished bedroom, and rent includes everything. Sadly no pets bc I already have 2 sweet cats. I'm 41, single, a caregiver, very active but low key. Immediate occupancy but only until October. Only looking for a female.
