We are a young gay couple in a large 3 bedroom house in the Riverland area and we're looking to rent out a room. Room is unfurnished. We offer all utilities paid, weekly housekeeping, a pool, a hot tub, oversized washer and dryer, satellite with DVR in each room, Wi-Fi and wired internet, security system, and a cozy and private backyard. We are only minutes away from the beaches and Wilton Manors. Also we're near US1, the colleges, I-95, I-595, 441, and Davie BLVD.
