My name is jay. im stationed at the naval hospital in bethesda. im clean, especially in common areas. the navy is giving me money for rent. so rent money is not a problem. i need a room, kitchen use and hopin for a washer and dryer in unit. i wash uniforms often. so water usage has to be in the rent i pay. im not lookin for a relationship. so if a female roommate is interested, im cool wit that. they tend to be cleaner anyway, lol. i get to pocket whatever i dont use in rent. so cheap and clean.
