Private bedroom with private bath in a clean,smoke-free house or condo. Around $700, utilities and Wi-Fi included. Normal access to kitchen and w/d. Furnished. Normal adult size bed, full or queen. Your well-cared-for pets are ok, but I don't have pets nor children. I love animals. Off-street parking, mail at the residence, any access pass cards needed must be included in rent. Relatively quiet household, privacy respected.
