I currently live in Plantation on University & 5th St (just north of Broward). My roommate is moving out at the end of the year 12/29/07 and I am looking for someone to rent her room. It is a 2/2 and the rent is $500.00 + half of cable and FPL. Outside smoking is ok. No drugs. You will have your own room and a private bathroom. I have a small dog and I am temp. taking care of my friends 2 cats. I am 28 years old and I have a full time job.
