A duplex located in the middle of the block of a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and downtown Lee's Summit. One minute from Highway 50. All utilities will be provided. I work full time and I am looking for a quiet room-mate. Room can be furnished or not. The duplex has a shared backyard which is large enough to put a volleyball net up.
