My fiance and I are currently looking to rent out the lower level of our four level split. It is in a nice, friendly, and quiet neighborhood at the top of a cul de sac. Our backyard overlooks a wonderful wildlife preserve (we see deer and everything!). The area itself is very nice. There are two bedrooms, a private bath (newly remodeled), and a living area. We have a large kitchen and dining room that would be shared. We have off street parking also.
