I need to rent this room A.S.P. I do have a 22 month old though, but stays at daycare everyday of the week and only comes home and i come home which most of the time is late. My husband and I leave to work early in the morning. 600 with all uilities included. during the weekend we usually work too, so you will basically have the apt to yourself most of the time.
