I am a clean person looking for the same. It is irrelevant whether female or male. I am never home. I am always at work, working out, or into my sports. I write poetry, songs, and listen to R&B. I do respect others, there will never be any loud noises or numerous people coming in and out. I do keep to myself. I honestly feel as though I am paying too much on rent and utilities. I makes no sense to pay thousands of dollars when I am never home. Thank u for considering me as your roommate.
