I'm renting out a room in my home. I don't smoke, drink, party or do drugs of any kind. Occasional drinking is ok. Smoking outside only and butter picked up. I do have large, friendly, dogs. You would have your own living area, a bedroom and share kitchen, laundry, bathroom. Buy your own food, and personal items. Also wanting help with caretaking of my home in addition to rent.
