I am a SWM 45 who is clean, quiet, and organized. I do not drink or use drugs. I am an outside smoker. I have a guaranteed income and my bills are always paid on time. I do not require much except the ability to cook and to hook up cable/internet services. I have some furniture of my own so I don't need a furnished area. I am looking to find a place where the basic utilities are included with the rental price.
