Three bedrooms available in a good neighborhood. Two bedrooms upstairs will share a bathroom and are 350 a month. One bedroom downstairs will have it's own bathroom and is 400 a month. Other bedroom is converted into a gym which you are welcome to use. All appliances are already here. No smoking/pets. Looking for respectful and financially stable roommates. One parking spot in the driveway, after that on the street. I'm a Marine corps veteran so if you're a vet that's a plus.
