I'm looking for a reliable roommate with a good rent history. Don't mind noise during the day, but I need someone who can keep the noise down after 10pm since I work early in the morning. Pets OK, Smokers OK, need a place by the end of July at the very latest. Would like to move in with somebody who currently has a lease, but also wouldn't mind starting a new lease with someone who was interested.
