I am a CWU student from Japan. I live in college park which is right behind wing central and looking for a roommate from Sep. The rent is $640 for 2 people excluding utility, cable and internet. I contract Basic plan of cable and wireless internet for $52, and utility is around $45 in summer, $80 in winter. I have a sofa, a good looking table, and a 39 inches TV.
