I have an extra room available as of next week. The apartment is part of a very well kept 4-plex building, very safe, right in downtown and close to pretty much everything. Less than a mile from Cascadia/UWB, I-405, and 522. I'm looking for someone who is responsible, clean, has a steady job/income, drug-free, and fairly quiet. Smoking OUTSIDE is no problem, and social drinking is fine. I am 22, I work full-time, and go to school full-time, so if you are a student as well, even better.
