I am looking for a non smoking roommate to rent one large bedroom in my 2 bedroom 1 bath house. All utilities are included (electricity, heat, hot water, cable, and WiFi and parking). The bedroom is in the process of being updated with a new rug, and it was just painted. I have one 14 yr old indoor only male cat. I work full time Mon-Fri and am usually out of the house by 6:30am but that is flexible.
