I'm an outside construction worker and I contract for dwp, edison and various other power companies. I'm quite, married, and I work alot of hours. I would like to rent a room from a month to month basis, because my job assignments are usually short. I would be staying there Mon-Fri, and leaving friday afternoon to go home for the weekends. Would like to rent from someone who is older, mature, business like, and very professional.
