Rental unit is month to month so there is no long term agreement if you need to move at any point in the future. It's a 2bed/1bath apartment. The whole unit is furnished besides your bedroom. Along with rent you will pay half of internet/cable and electricty (roughly 100 total for both). I'm clean and keep to myself a lot.
