The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished- with a full kitchen and dining room, living room, washer and dryer, central heat & air, and an outside patio. The neighborhood is also great- its gated, they provide all of our lawn care for free, ample parking, two pools, gym, tanning bed, free shuttle to campus and Five Points, and two clubhouses.
