I am done with school and moving 6 hours from here within 2 weeks. I'm looking for somebody to take my place on my lease. I have one roommate, he is very quite, kind, and clean. You split the rent in half, he pays 300 and you would pay 300, the utilities are all in one and usually comes out to 70-100$ depending on electricity usage.
