My girlfriend and myself are in a pickle, our roommate is moving out after agreeing to a year lease. It’s a 3 bedroom house, 2 stories in the middle of Carson. Plenty of storage space. We have two small dogs that make little noise. Looking for a respectful and reliable roommate. Rent is 1700 a month split three ways so roughly 567 a person.
