I am a 60 year old female. I am clean and tidy, I have a dog so no pets as she doesn't take well to other pets. I am quiet and go to bed early and rise early. i work from home currently so would need quiet during the hours of 7 am to 4 pm. i have a furnished room with a daybed and a recliner and some book shelves. it is a very cozy and nice place to live. there is an elevator in my building as well. no garage is available how ever. I am personable and kind and understanding.
