Full bedroom with mini living room in private finished basement. Bedroom has fresh paint, ceiling fan, cable/phone jacks, full length mirror, heating/air, carpet (carpet is older). Living area is furnished with TV and Chase Lounge, easy access to storage, private walk-out access to the pool, closets in each room. (a bed & night table could be furnished if need be at no extra charge). We are two friends here in a nice, relaxed setting, looking for someone that is responsible with rent. Thanks!
