Looking for $300/mon + 40% on utilities. All utilities are under $100 typically. AT&T Uverse Internet. No Television, but willing to have a conversation. Room is roughly 13X13 with a very large closet. 1 Bathroom. Room next to Kitchen and Restroom. Child will be coming and staying every other week. I'm fine with company and even small gatherings when she's not there. Company is still fine when she is there but keep it to 2. I enjoy cooking, I'll even cook for you :D Get along to get along!!!
