We live in a newer house. It has wood floors and granite counter tops. We keep it cool in the summer, not afraid to run the a/c. Have a 19" tv you can use if needed. Room has a cable box so you can receive the same channels as living room. We have a 52" hd lcd with dvr in the living room. You will have use of the 2nd bathroom/shower. We have a bathroom in our room and mainly use that one. We have a small yard that I maintain. We are laid back. Social drinkers and do not smoke. Le
