About the Room: Rent is $650 a month, plus a share of the utilities (internet, fpl, water). The house is furnished with a living room set, TV, kitchen table, etc. The bedroom is partly furnished with a dresser and night stand. There is currently no bed or bed frame, but there will be by February 1st. I am a 24 y/o male. I'm a full time employed engineer. I'm clean and easy going.
