I have a bedroom available in my home that is unfurnished (won't be for long) and available for move in. Rent includes everything except electric and gas which will be divided evenly. Just myself and my 5month old pup. I do have a female roommate but she be may be heading out soon. Big backyard and entire interior has been renovated.
