I'm just looking for a roommate with similar clean habits, minimalist, likes quiet spaces. Doesn't invite a lot of friends over. I am not looking for a party house, just looking for someone to share rent with and live cohesively and calmly. I don't touch other people's stuff and don't expect someone to touch mine. Willing to go half and half and I usually always offer that extra mile when I see something needs to be replaced or bought. I'm not loud and don't mind the companionship, either.
