I am buying a house in a subdivison on Frey Rd, literally about 10 second drive or 1 minute walk from campus of KSU, you can toss a baseball from my porch and hit the student center. Its a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath house in at the end of the cul-de-sac with a full basement with a game room and gym. I will be occupying one of the bedrooms and will be renting the other 2 full bedrooms with their own private bathrooms to 2 roomies, if you are interested in renting one of them let me know.
