About this household
The room is in a townhouse in a quiet area with nice neighbors. Landlord doesn't allow pets. It has a nice deck and a small balcony on second floor. I'm looking to split bills 50/50. New washer/dryer AMD dishwasher. The place is mostly furnished except for the available room. I'm a laid back guy, working across the lake as a legal assistant 9-5 and when I'm home I'm mostly on the computer or asleep. I always pay my bills on time and expect the same from a roommate.
