Starting in August. Rent for the house is $600 a month plus utilities. The house is 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, has a living room, kitchen, dining room, porch, fenced yard, private well, etc. Every room, except the one we are renting has furniture. So you must bring own bedroom furniture. Will have your own private bedroom and bathroom as well. Looking for a single, younger attendee, but will consider someone older. Will be living with three other UNLV college girls.
