There is a large living room, dining area, and small kitchen separating the two bedrooms and bathrooms. The apartment is already furnished, but if you have living room/dining room/office furniture you'd like to bring, there is plenty of room. It is a quiet apt. complex with not a lot of college students and no parties (I also would not like parties in the apartment). It's just a friendly, peaceful atmosphere in a wooded area off of Arlington Blvd. Will split elec./cable bills. I have one cat.
