I am a single father who has my young daughter 50% of the time. I have 1 or two basement bedrooms available for rent depending on needs. Main room is a large master bedroom with oversize closet and attached bathroom. Looking for someone quiet and respectful. I occasionally bbq with family and friends and would expect the same from any roommate. No parties though! I do have a boxer, so must be ok with dogs. Home is located in nice Rapid Valley area. Rent is negotiable depending on needs.
