I live at Runaway Bay Apartments. The room I am renting out is 11 x 13 and has its own large private bath. I have two dogs and unfortunately that is the maximum the apt complex will accept. I like things neat, but I am not a clean freak. I am open to a male or female roommate. I just want someone who is mature and responsible.
