Looking for a clean home in a safe neighborhood. I'm female, 61, grown kids and grandkids. I work full time, am not noisy, enjoy private time, but would like to have a friendly relationship with home owner. The hobbies I have are quiet ones, and I'm not the 'party animal' type! I love to cook and clean, and don't leave things laying around. I really don't care if the home owner is male or female, but someone in their 50's or older would be preferable.
