Hi there! I have a 3 bedroom apartment in stevenson ranch that i (Victoria) share with another female roommate (Jennifer). It's beautiful and close to shopping and food! :) I am 22 years old and my roommate is 19. I work full time and she is a full time student. She has a small dog (well behaved). The room i am renting out is Large, but not the master. You would be sharing a bigger than average bathroom with me. We have a balcony and a washer/dryer and a dishwasher too. The rent is $60
