We have a brand new 3 bedroom apartment and want to rent out our 3rd bedroom. I work full time and my friend/roommate goes to school full time. We have a small dog. The room we are renting is a large room with a window and closet. You would be sharing a bathroom which has a nice tub to take bubble baths in! :) We have a Full kitchen, a patio, and a washer/dryer. The complex offers a 24 hour gym, parking, and a beautiful pool! We are asking for $735 plus 1/3 of the utilities with a 12 month lea
