I bought a new house in Vacaville ( 15 minutes to Davis by car). It is a 4B3B house, I am renting the master bedroom and 2 bedrooms to cover some of my expenses. The master bedroom very large, has 2 walk-in closets. The rent is $1200 per month. The 2 bedrooms are share 1 bathroom also has 2 sinks. There is a large open space outside of these two rooms, you can put sofa and table here. The rent is $900 per month. If you can take the 2 rooms together, the rent will be $1700.
