Hello- We are a 35 and 30 year old, working professional, married couple with two kids under 2 in White Bear Lake looking to rent out our basement bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a bed, couch and TV. The basement includes a private bathroom, laundy access, sectional couch, TV with surround sound, a bar, large refrigerator and microwave and entry from the garage. Also easy access to the fenced in backyard and inground pool! We have one cat who is very friendly. We are looking for a zero drama working professional with steady income in their late 20's to late 30's who would enjoy making new friends. We would prefer no pets but could accommodate one pet if it's the right situation. Rent will be 650 all inclusive, month to month. We will require a background check, refrences and proof of income.
