I have two rooms available in a single story house. I am very clean and organized, I expect the same with a roommate. I’m quite and I keep to myself. I’m a 42 year old man, I live by myself. I smoke but only outside and I’m very clean about it. No smoking ?? inside. I don’t drink or do drugs. Minimal drinking is permitted. . Absolutely no drug use with in the property. Roommate must clean up after themselves in a timely manner. Minimize guests and or overnight guests, upon approval ahead of time
