I am a 19 year old female. I work at Dutch Bros and am looking for a suitable and reliable roommate. I have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex that is not furnished but is cute and clean. I have a dog that visits occasionally but lives elsewhere. Half the rent is $375 which includes sewer, garbage, and water. Electricity, natural gas, and WiFi are split between us. It is located 10 minutes from OIT and Skylakes, 5 minutes from downtown. Let me know if you’d like to be my new roomie!
