We are subleasing a room at the Block on 22nd and Pearl for a discount of $650 (the original cost is $850). The room has its own bathroom ad comes furnished. We are subleasing it from May 17th to July 31st when our lease ends. You won't have to pay for the month of May. The Block has a gym, rooftop and we live on the 6th floor so we have a view and balcony. The apartment is a two bedroom one and in the other room my two other roommates will be staying.
