I will be renting out all the rooms in my 4 bedroom – 2 story house. The room I have open is $425/month + 1/4 utilities. The house is in a very safe neighborhood with Boeing being 5-10 minutes away, RTC 5 minutes and I-405 on ramp about 3 blocks away. So, AWESOME location.
