I work a billing job from 4pm-12:30am so I'll try to be quiet on the way in. Relatively new to the area so I won't be having people coming over too often. I'm an easy-going person who can tolerate just about anything reasonable. Non-smoker, social drinker, somewhat of a morning person. Looking to find a reasonable place to live with someone that I have at least some things in common with. Would prefer private bed & bath, but I'll survive without.
